Christine comes to “Bite Me” armed with a keyboard, a decently-equipped kitchen, and (too) many thoughts on food, culture, recipes and restaurants. Soon, she will also have a camera. She visually documents all of these things with a cheap, sub par, AA-Battery powered, used camera.
She has lived in the United States, England, and Singapore, and considers the latter to be the modern food capital of the world, with its vast array of both fusion and traditional fare. Currently residing in Chicago, she has a great respect for the city’s food culture. However, she is emphatic about the fact that Chicago “deep dish” is not, in fact, real pizza.

I have a 3M friend who started a catering biz on the internet. Puts out a menu Sundau afternoon and delivers food on Wed’s and Fri’s. He is a chef with 2 people that help deliver and serve. Biz is booming. It’s figuring our the biz model….he’s in Wash DC ‘burbs. Wish you and Lena were closer. We miss all the Byrnes. Come see us. Send me your email address.
